Cliff Top is completely unique – you won’t find a more sophisticated and well placed property with the best views over the beach, sea, harbour and surrounding coastline, along with all modern conveniences including WiFi, Sky TV, top of the range kitchen appliances, Sonos sound system and much more.

CliffTop sleeps 6 people within three double bedrooms.

The property is reached via Battery Hill which is a narrow road (maximum width access – Land Rover Discovery).
There is parking at the property for 3 vehicles, the car park is covered by 24hour recorded CCTV for safety.

Ground Floor

Entrance

An entrance hall with copious amounts of room to store coats, surfboards, wetsuits and boots.

A sweet little bench for sitting to change footwear and a boot tray. Various sizes of wetsuits to borrow. We can also provide beach towels for your convenience for a small additional charge. Direct access to the balcony and outside shower, ideal for rinsing off the sand following a glorious day on the beach. We have a few spare pairs of wellies too for those early morning walks along the coastal path, which is literally on the doorstep. WiFi throughout.

Bedroom 1

A kingsize bed with stunning views straight over the beach, wardrobes, cupboards and drawer space. LCD TV. Hairdryer. Contemporary en suite wet room with wc, bidet, basin and over sized walk in shower. Heated towel rail, stock of fluffy Egyptian cotton towels & facecloths.

Kitchen/Diner

The heart of the home with lots of space for all the family to gather and double French doors onto the balcony area with breathtaking sea views – an ideal place to relax with a cream tea or glass of chilled cornish wine or cider.

Fitted with large American style fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser. NEFF single and double oven and microwave built in and halogen hob. Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Sonos sound system

The kitchen is well stocked with a range of quality crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking dishes and utensils. We have also included a traditional picnic basket for you to fill with Cornish delicacies for an alfresco treat.

Sitting Room

We have three sofas able to seat the whole family in comfort. Large LCD TV, DVD player, Sonos sound system and SKY tv with SKY Sports channels. Double doors onto balcony.

‘Artists Studio’/Bedroom 4

This well lit room boasts the most spectacular views in the house and can be used as a further living space or a fourth bedroom.

Luxury sprung double sofa bed, wardrobe space. Access to the bathroom of Bedroom 1 is available via its own separate door.

First Floor

Games Room

Central open plan leisure space, with windows overlooking the beach.
Furnished with comfortable chairs, bean bags, puzzles and games and a well-stocked reading area.

A great area for relaxing or for the kids to have fun while the adults enjoy some grown up time downstairs.

Bedroom 2 (Family Room)

Double bed with stunning beach views and ample fitted storage. The addition of a 4ft pull out metal framed sofa bed offers a range of options for parents/children or children sharing. We can also supply a travel cot for this room if required. LCD TV. Hairdryer

Balcony

The 70m glass fronted balcony with wooden decking, wraps around the property offering scenic views and goes up to the Kissing Seat carved into the cliffside for romantic evenings watching the seals frolic in the ocean below. This area is furnished with 8 seater wooden tables with parasols and luxury sunbeds

There is a BBQ Nook carved in to cliff where you can use a disposable BBQ for alfresco dining.

We have fitted a retractable barrier for guests with pets and children to use to increase the safety of this area.
